Local SEO and AI search

I get local businesses found by people ready to buy.

One person, not an agency floor. You get my cell number, monthly reporting in plain English, and work you can actually see.

What working together looks like

Reachable by text, any working day
Calls and site visits, not just email threads
Monthly report, weekly if you want one
Month to month. No long contract
Electric Avenue PNW, since the retainer started in April 2026
+78%Organic clicks
+267%Search impressions
27Calls and form fills per month

Google Search Console and GA4, measured against a January to March baseline taken before any work began. Lead figure is a 90 day average. Every number comes from the client's own reporting and they can confirm it.

What I actually do

Most of it is search. The rest is whatever else is stopping the phone from ringing.

Local SEO

The specialty. Map pack, service area pages, city pages, and the technical work underneath. Built around the towns you actually drive to.

Where most of the work goes

AI search visibility

Getting quoted by AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity when someone asks for a recommendation. Structured content, schema, and answers written to be lifted cleanly.

Google Business Profile

Posts, photos, categories, services, review replies. The single highest-leverage asset a local business owns, and the one most often left alone.

Website rebuild

If the site is holding everything else back, I rebuild it as part of the retainer rather than selling it as a separate project.

Included when needed

Google Ads

Local Services Ads and search campaigns when you want leads faster than organic can deliver. Managed against booked jobs, not clicks.

Content and email

Blog posts that answer what customers search, job photos posted to social, and email to the list you already have. Short form video is a conversation.

Why a solo operator beats an agency for this

Agencies put a junior on your account and a project manager between you and them. That is the whole business model.

You text me directly

No ticket, no account manager, no waiting until Tuesday. If something breaks on your site on a Saturday, you have my number.

The person you hire does the work

Every page, every fix, every report is mine. Nothing gets handed to an offshore team the week after you sign.

You can see what changed

Every month you get a log of what was published, fixed, or filed, with the ranking movement next to it. Not a traffic graph and a shrug.

I tell you which numbers are inflated

Google's AI search counts impressions differently now, so that metric is up across the whole web for reasons no agency can take credit for. I will point that out on your report rather than put it on the first slide.

Reporting you will actually read

Monthly by default. Weekly if you would rather stay close to it. Either way it is written for a business owner, not another marketer.

Questions I get asked

How much does this cost?
Retainers start around $700 a month and scale with how much is in scope. No setup fee, month to month, cancel whenever. I would rather you stay because it is working.
How long before I see anything?
Google Business Profile work and technical fixes can move within weeks. Organic rankings for competitive local terms usually take three to six months to shift meaningfully. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is selling you something.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No long term contract. Month to month, thirty days notice. You keep everything built for you, including the website, the content, and every account, which are all in your name from day one.
What if my website is the problem?
Then I rebuild it, as part of the retainer rather than as a separate five figure project. It is usually faster than trying to rank a site that is fighting you.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. One business per trade per market. If I am working with an electrician in your city, I will not take another one.
What do you need from me?
Access to your website, Google Business Profile and analytics, and job photos when you have them. Photos are the single most useful thing you can send. Beyond that, an occasional answer when I ask something only you would know.

Let's find out if I can help

A short call, no pitch deck. I will look at your site and your profile beforehand and tell you what I would do first, whether or not you hire me.
